Description of Goods
Visual representations and descriptions on the web page are as accurate as possible, however as all the items in the Anna-Lisa Smith collection are small scale production and hand cut/sewn there may be some very small variation in design between each product.
All UK delivery is free of charge. We send our parcels by First Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier services and require a signature on receipt. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for an extra charge we can arrange this for you. Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch within 5 working days (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. For EU customers the delivery charge is £15 and £30 for the Rest of the World. EU delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch and Rest of the World is 3-5 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. if you have not received your order within 10 working days from placing your order please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate this.
Making a Purchase
All goods are sold subject to availability. All online payments are processed by Pay Pal which is a safe and secure method of payment. Anna-Lisa Smith does not store any of your credit card details on the site.
No orders will be sent until the payment has cleared. All items remain the property of Anna-Lisa Smith until paid for.
Duties and Import tax
All non UK purchasers are responsible for any duties and/ or taxes incurred at the point of entry into the destination country.
We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you, the customer, when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them. To our knowledge Anna-Lisa Smith will never dispatch damaged or faulty goods. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier where ever possible. Retain all relevant information and never sign for a damaged package, unless you clearly state on the delivery note the state it has reached you in. Please notify Anna-Lisa Smith by email of any damaged goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once products have been delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Should you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us with your order details to email@example.com, and we will advise you how to proceed with your return and the address for your returns delivery. When returning products, please return them to us together with proof of purchase ( a receipt or delivery note). We will ask that you take responsible care when handling the products and return the items in the same state as when they were dispatched. Post and packaging are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. Authorised refunds are made via the method of original payment.
If returning faulty or goods for exchange please gain proof of postage as any product lost in transit will remain your responsibility and cannot be held accountable to Anna-Lisa Smith. Once the returned items have been received they will be inspected and a full refund will be given within a certain amount of days.
