Delivery info

We are a small bespoke studio and cut, sew and edge all our pieces to order to avoid wastage of our precious cloth!

Saying that we are usually pretty nippy and will aim to post your piece out to you within three days of ordering. If for any reason you need your order urgently please email us or leave a message at checkout and we will do everything we can to get you what you need when you need it.    

 

United Kingdom

 

Free shipping on all UK orders. Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘1st Class Signed For’ service. This will normally take 1 working day from date of dispatch.

 

EU + International

 

We know that due to recent changes our EU customers may be subject to import tax so to help with this we have recently switched to free shipping for EU and International orders.  These are delivered by Royal Mail's "International Tracked and Signed" service and can take between 3 - 7 working days from date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

As mentioned EU and International orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

Delivery Information

 

UK delivery

 

All UK delivery is free of charge. We send our parcels by First Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier services and require a signature on receipt. Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for an extra charge we can arrange this for you. Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch within 5 working days (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. International delivery

 

For EU customers the delivery charge is £15 and £30 for the Rest of the World. EU delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch and Rest of the World is 3-5 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. if you have not received your order within 10 working days from placing your order please contact our customer service team at info@anna-lisasmith.com to investigate this.
